Warranty Policy

Our warranty is one of the things we are most proud of at Visions One Hour Optical. Customers don't have to sign up or pay extra to receive service because the warranty comes with every purchase. It is just that easy. Eyewear frames are warrantied against manufacturer defects for a full year. This means we will fix or replace any part on the frame once during the first year. Our lenses are also warrantied for the first year for scratch resistance, and some of our specialty lens coating treatments like Crizal and TD2 qualify for a two year warranty. After Sale Service

After sale service at Visions One Hour Optical is second to none. We provide a wide variety of services FREE OF CHARGE. They include:
